Group Tickets

To book your tickets, select the production and performance you’d like to attend. Please know the closest estimate of the number of seats that will be needed, as well as any mobility needs your group may have.

Call or e-mail the Group Sales Manager to book your tickets at the contact information below. We’ll check on the availability and book your tickets. Please note: We make every effort to keep your group seated as close together as possible when seating, however sometimes performances are already very full. We will never assign single seats without your permission. Once the order is made, a contract/invoice will be sent to your email confirming the order.

Contract Details:

1. A 20% down paymentis due in order to book and is non-refundable. If this is not received, your seats will be released for public sale.
2. The signed contract is due 5 business days after receipt. Failure to comply will result in your seats being released and made available for public sale again.
3. All payments made towards order are non-refundable.
4. Final payment and ticket count are due one month before the performance. Decreases in number will not be accepted within one month of the performance—NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not offer refunds for absent patrons.
5. If final payment is not received by one month before the performance without prior arrangements or communication, this will result in your seats being released and made available for public sales.
6. Orders placed within one month of the performance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
7. You may add tickets to your order at any time at the same rate your group initially booked at, provided seats are still available. 

Payment may be made via check or credit card. We cannot accept multiple forms of payment from individual members of the group. Once payment has been made it will be a final sale; no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted.
