Where Do I Park?
Associated Bank River Center Parking Garage
Park in the same building as all of our performance venues at the Associated Bank River Center Parking Garage. Entrances are located on both Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Patrons can purchase $11.80 parking passes directly from InterPark https://www.iparkit.com/event/milwaukeerepertorytheater

Are There Fees For Tickets?
Yes, Milwaukee Rep charges fees regardless of how tickets are purchased.
Historic Restoration Building Fee
There is a $3.50per ticket fee ($4.25 for A Christmas Carol). Fees go to help maintain our performances spaces, administrative offices and shops.
Per Ticket Fee
There is a $2.25 per ticket fee regardless of how you purchase.
Tax
The State of Wisconsin, City and County of Milwaukee charge 7.90% on each ticket order and on our prix fixe dinners in the Stackner Cabaret Restaurant.
Single Ticket Exchange Fee
$5.00 per ticket and potential upgrade charge if moving to a higher priced performance.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
All tickets sales are final and we do not refund for tickets. However, there are exchange options available if you are not able to attend on your scheduled performance date.
Single Tickets
You can exchange your tickets to a new date of the same production by paying a $5 per ticket exchange fee. You may also have to pay an upgrade charge if moving to a higher priced performance. Tickets may not be exchanged once your performance has passed.
Subscribers
Subscribers pay no fee to exchange their Subscription tickets prior to the performance dates. However, an upgrade charge does apply if moving to a higher priced performance. Subscribers also enjoy the benefit of “missed show insurance” once during the season.

What Is Your Weather Policy?
Milwaukee Repertory Theater does not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather. Milwaukee Rep does not offer refunds due to inclement weather.
What Happens If I'm Late To The Show?
To cause the least amount of disruption to the performance and to other patrons, if you arrive late you'll be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. You might not be seated in your assigned seats until intermission.
Are The Theaters Accessible?
Milwaukee Rep is accessible to all. In addition to accessible seating options, services offered include Audio Description, ASL Interpreted and Open Caption performances. Visit Accessibility for more information.
Do The Theaters Have Listening Devices?
The Stiemke Studio is equipped with an infrared listening system which ensures clarity of sound from any seat in the house. Headsets are available at the Guest Services Desk. The Stackner Cabaret is equipped with a telecoil or T-coil Loop system. No additional assistive listening devices are required for patrons with compatible hearing aids or cochlear implants. If you do not have a compatible device, please pick up a loop receiver from the House Manager. Assistive listening devices are offered free of charge, but a driver's license or valid ID is required as security.
When Are The Pre- and Post-Show Discussions?
Pre-show talks, called Rep-in-Depth, happen approximately 45 minutes before performances for our Powerhouse Series and the Stiemke Studio. TalkBacks happen after select performances.
May I Bring My Children To The Theater?
At Milwaukee Rep we generally follow the school-age and up rule. Many of our shows have adult themes that may be inappropriate for young children. In general we do not permit those under 7 to attend. However, the production of A Christmas Carol is recommended for ages 6 and up. Everybody attending a performance must purchase a seat. Babes in arms are not permitted in the theaters. Do All Shows Have An Intermission?
Most shows at Milwaukee Rep have at least one intermission. On occasion, however, a show may be performed without an intermission. Information regarding these will be found in your performance programs or on the play pages of the website.
Is There A Dress Code?
Come as you are and be yourself — there is no dress code at Milwaukee Rep. We do ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes or lotions with strong aromas (your fellow patrons with allergies or sensitivities will thank you).
