Corporate Training

Use theater to take your business to the next level. The Education Department’s corporate training works to develop the social, emotional, and professional techniques required for any business position. These workshops and group discussions are the perfect opportunity to help develop and refine your workplace skills.

Milwaukee Rep focuses on three topics of training to apply the skills necessary for producing art on stage to the business setting. Our corporate training programs are designed to create a unique experience for the business professional to tap into their creative side while developing skills for giving effective presentations, creative thinking, teambuilding, and leadership.

Creative Leadership

Understand your own creative capacity in order to adapt leadership style and drive employee engagement. Participants will engage in a series of improvisation exercises to practice collective creativity, develop adaptability skills for institutional changes, increase presence in the moment, and build trust with your staff through authenticity and empathy.

Teambuilding

This energizing workshop will use improvisation and group work to explore strengthening collaboration and teamwork skills. Learn the art of collective creativity while developing keen listening skills and the concept of “Yes, And” to increase effectiveness of working as a team.

Effective Communication

This workshop will specifically focus on presentation skills. Discover techniques to engage your audience with storytelling, eye contact, intentional movement, and clear communication. This will be offered as a group workshop and may be an option for one-on-one coaching as well.
